Supreme Bodies of State Power and Government of the Republic Udmurtia

In accordance with the Constitution (Basic Law) of the Republic of Udmurtia, Supreme Soviet of the Republic Udmurtia and Council of Ministers - the government of Republic Udmurtia are supreme bodies of state power and government.

The Supreme Soviet is legislative, administrative and control body of state power. It is fully empowered to consider and decide any question related by Constitution of Russian Federation, Federative Treaty and Constitution of the Republic Udmurtia to authority of the Republic Udmurtia.

The chairman of the Supreme Soviet carries out general leadership of preparations for items subject to be considered by the Supreme Soviet.
