But we need: free capital and some extra equipment to make the production line complete (plus some machines to pack and to make the packing material), the production sales network must also be developed. Perhaps, that would be more economical to purchase the ready packing material, we do not know it yet and therefore your counsel will be appreciated.

5. Additional opportunities: our company holds an exclusive right to install school cafeteria equipment in Izhevsk (approximately 70 needed). Being used this equipment would not demand rent, tax plus some other payments, although we could produce and sell things from there. Being delivered and installed in schools it will be most part tax free as provided for essential services. That could be a mighty advertisement push for anybody outside the country.
6. Company's history. Has been working for a year in this business, although was founded in 1991 and has been succesful. Blodgett Oven Comp, Kitchen-Aid, APW/Wyott Foodservice Equipment Comp; Proprocess Corp., Belshow Bros. Equip. used. 25 people employed. Two places run (rented). One is being repaired and rebuild to start the first fast - food restaurant in the city (population - 700.000), the other ( a restaurant for 110 potential visitors ) functions. The latter we plan to reconstruct. That would take ~ $80,000. Besides these two sites a few other places are available. Bars and restaurants are our constant customers. Pizza delivery service functions. Motel chain development on the highway crossing Udmurtia is also one of our future projects ( 400 km / 250 miles with absolutely no service now ). An extensive marketing and financial feasibility research is being conducted.
