NPO "BUMMASH" was founded in 1959 with authorized capital of 320 million roubles.

It produces paper machines and their spare parts, control units for paper machines, other equipment for pulp-and-paper industry, equipment for oil and gas industry, linoleum producing machinery, steel castings and forgings, as well as some consumer goods.

NPO "BUMMASH" is now planning to produce boilers, pumps, tube-welding machines and brick plants.
